We index hundreds of commercial lenders across 11 loan types and all 50 states, making it easy to compare programs, rates, and requirements without sales calls or gatekeepers.

Why We Built This

Finding the right commercial lender is surprisingly hard. The industry is fragmented — hundreds of banks, credit unions, private lenders, and specialty shops, each with different programs, markets, and sweet spots. Borrowers waste weeks sending inquiries to lenders who can't help them.

We built The Lender Directory to fix that. Browse lenders by what matters — loan type, location, property type — and connect with the ones who actually do your kind of deal.

Our lender database combines official government data (SBA.gov lender activity reports) with curated profiles of private lenders, bridge lenders, and specialty shops. Every SBA-verified lender includes actual approval volume and dollar amounts. We're continuously adding lenders and enriching profiles.
